What’s the cancelation policy?

Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
• Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to secure your place and cover initial trip costs.
• Cancellation more than 60 days before the trip: You can cancel and receive a refund of any amount paid excluding the deposit.
• Cancellation 30–60 days before the trip:50% of the total trip price is refundable.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the trip: Payments are non-refundable.
If you can no longer attend, you may also transfer your place to another person, but this needs to be approved by the organiser and the replacement person must meet the trip requirements.
If the trip itself needs to be cancelled or significantly changed by the organiser due to circumstances outside our control, we’ll communicate the options available based on the costs that can be recovered.
By making the deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted the cancellation policy.

This trip is for people who are curious, open-minded, social and ready to step outside their comfort zone. You don’t need to know anyone beforehand — that’s kind of the point.
Scared to come alone? Come anyway.
Never done this before? Even better.
Think you might not know anyone? You won’t for long.
We’re here to collect experiences, push ourselves a little, meet great people and have stories worth telling afterwards.
So if you’re looking for a safe little holiday where everything is predictable… this probably isn’t it.

Can you decline my booking?

This isn’t an open-to-everyone trip. It’s a highly curated experience, and every person joining is carefully considered — not just based on whether they can make the dates and pay the fee.
We intentionally build each group around the people in it, and the experience is shaped around the group’s energy, interests and dynamics. That means we also consider whether your personality, social vibe and expectations are a natural fit for the crowd we’re bringing together.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if we feel someone isn’t the right fit for the group. No hard feelings — not every crowd is for everyone.
The goal is simple: a ridiculously good group of people, a trip tailored around them, and an experience that wouldn’t work if we just let anyone in.
